Fitness Sessions

SUP Fitness

SUP fitness training combines paddle boarding with circuit training. It is a new and exciting way of keeping in shape while enjoying being outside in a beautiful location.

The sessions run between May and September.

Times - 1800 to 1930.

£10 per person.

Minimum age of participants is 12.

You will gain more benefit from the session if you arrive with the basic skills needed to move a paddleboared around while standing up.

There are limited spaces on each session so it is worth booking in advance. Please use the booking facility below to reserve your places.
