The Touring board from Starboard is designed with exploring and adventuring in mind. The large standing area makes for a comfortable paddling position with options to move around and adjust your stance. In front of the paddler is a bungee secured cargo area that allows access to bags when on the water. The cargo position still leaves plenty of space for the paddler to adjust the board trim if necessary. The nose of the board has similar design characteristics to the Starboard Sprint race board which means it cuts through the water in a similar way with minimal splash and little resistance.

Recessed low profile storage area, recessed deck for increased stability, recessed drainage channel to draw water away from the standing area, reinforced shoulder strap inserts, flat tail section to reduce board wake and drag, low profile nose rocker for added waterline and increased glide and FCS accessory mount.

Starboard Litetech construction provides performance characteristics at an affordable price. Stiffness is increased with unidirectional stringer bands and reinforced nose and rail sections, additionally Australian pine is used under the standing area for extra resistance.

The Starboard Touring is the board for serious adventurers. If you're planning to cover multiple miles across open water then this may well be the board for you.
